Kacee Jones – Lead Farmer

My name is Kacee Jones and I am a queer farmer, beekeeper, and forager based in southeast Michigan. I fell in love with Community Farm for its deep love for the land, brilliant knowledge base of growers, artists, and craftspeople, as well as the connection we form with each other through food. With a background in permaculture, my growing interests surround Korean Natural Farming, Native Plant Agriculture, food sovereignty, JADAM, soil microbes, medicinal plants, multi-species collaboration, and sustainable agriculture. The list goes on! If you see me around I will gladly nerd out with you!

Amara Park – Assistant Farmer

“Hello all! My name is Amara Park, I’m new to farming with a passion for plants and animals. My love for plants started in 2023 and since I’ve been expanding my knowledge on different species of house plants. I know there’s so much for me to learn and I can’t wait to gain input form everyone. I’m excited to grow with the community and become closer to the land. Cheers and I can’t wait to meet everyone!”

Hi everyone! I’m Meraiah and I’m one of the new farm hands. When I’m not here at A2 you’ll probably find me foraging, hiking, doing yoga, working with herbal allies, and dancing. Hope to meet y’all soon!
